Lahore Smart City Announces Discount Policy and 2nd Balloting Schedule
Seize the opportunity to get up to 12% discount on new plot bookings and participate in the 2nd balloting for plot selection.
LAHORE – Lahore Smart City (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneer in ultra-modern developments offering unique lifestyles, has announced a special discount policy for its esteemed members amidst the current economic situation. The company views this support as part of its social responsibility and continues to set new standards by delivering projects ahead of time.
Special Discount Policy
In light of the economic challenges faced by many, Lahore Smart City is offering a range of discounts to its members:
- A 3% discount on each due or outstanding installment amount for residential and commercial plots.
- A 6% discount on each advance installment amount for residential and commercial plots. Members can avail this discount on up to three installments.
- A 7% discount on booking new plots with a 50% down payment and a 12% discount on booking new plots with a 100% payment.
This discount policy is applicable from August 21, 2023, until September 16, 2023.
2nd Balloting for Plot Selection
Lahore Smart City is also pleased to announce the commencement of location allocation for the 2nd balloting, starting from September 18, 2023, In sha Allah. Members possessing 2nd balloting location selection acknowledgment slips are directed to deposit their pending installments before September 16, 2023, to become eligible for plot selection and to take advantage of the new discount policy. Failure to deposit due installments before the deadline will result in the forfeiture of selection rights.

The priority of selection will be accorded as per the following schedule:
- 1st Priority: Members depositing outstanding installments between August 21 and August 26, 2023.
- 2nd Priority: Members depositing outstanding installments between August 28 and September 2, 2023.
- 3rd Priority: Members depositing outstanding installments between September 4 and September 9, 2023.
- 4th Priority: Members depositing outstanding installments between September 11 and September 16, 2023.
Members who were unable to obtain acknowledgment slips for the 2nd balloting and wish to participate are requested to secure their slips by depositing 75% of the total plot price (for choosing their plot) or 60% of the total plot price (for a random location) before September 2, 2023. All are advised to use the online portal for selection to avoid inconvenience.
Note: The discount policy is not applicable to installments paid through merging of properties.
