Petrol Prices likely to drop by 12 Rs in Pakistan

Petrol and diesel prices in Pakistan are set to decrease next week due to a drop in global oil prices. Starting May 16, 2024, petrol prices are expected to fall by Rs. 12 per liter and diesel by Rs. 9.7 per liter. This price adjustment comes as a result of a significant decrease in international oil prices, which fell by more than $6 per barrel, coupled with the stability of the Pakistani rupee. This reflects ongoing fluctuations in the global oil market.
