Shaheen and Ansha Afridi’s Wedding Ceremony to Take Place Today in Islamabad
Celebrating the Union of Shahin and Insha Afridi in the Heart of Islamabad
The wedding ceremony of Pakistan cricket team’s fast bowler Shahin Shah Afridi and former captain Shahid Afridi’s daughter Insha took place today.
Shahin Afridi and Insha Afridi had their nikkah (Islamic wedding) ceremony in Karachi at the beginning of February this year, attended by close relatives and renowned cricketers.

A few months ago, Shahid Afridi had stated that the wedding of his daughter Insha and national team’s fast bowler Shahin Afridi would be postponed due to the Asia Cup.
The Asia Cup, played between Pakistan and Sri Lanka, concluded on September 17, and now, the wedding date of Shahin and Insha is set for September 19.
According to sources, the wedding ceremony of Shahin Afridi and Insha will take place today in Islamabad, while the Valima (reception) will be held on September 21.
