Dongfeng has officially entered Pakistan’s electric vehicle market with the launch of the eπ 007, introduced through its local partner Chawla Green Motors. The arrival of this fully electric sedan adds strong competition to the country’s expanding EV segment and gives buyers another high-tech option in the D-category sedan lineup.
The eπ 007 is offered in three trims, each designed to cater to different performance and feature preferences. As a spacious family sedan, it measures 4880 mm in length, 1895 mm in width, and 1460 mm in height, supported by a 2915 mm wheelbase for added stability. Power comes from a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 536 horsepower and 640 Nm of torque, giving the car rapid acceleration and strong road grip. Its 73.5 kWh battery offers a certified WLTP range of 463 km, while fast charging enables the battery to go from 20 percent to 80 percent in only 18 minutes, making long-distance travel more convenient.
Inside the cabin, the eπ 007 focuses on advanced technology and comfort with a 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 19-speaker premium audio setup, and wireless mobile charging. The sedan includes leather upholstery, a six-way powered driver seat, dual-zone climate control, and a PM2.5 air filter to improve cabin air quality. Safety is enhanced through six airbags, a complete ADAS package, emergency braking assistance, and a 360-degree camera system.
The exterior highlights a modern EV design with 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights and taillights, frameless doors, hidden handles, and an active rear spoiler. Dongfeng has also added features like customizable ambient lighting, an antiviral steering wheel, and wireless charging pads to elevate everyday convenience. The company backs the vehicle with a 5-year or 150,000 km warranty and an 8-year or 200,000 km battery warranty, giving buyers long-term peace of mind. The sedan is available in black, white, golden, purple, and gray color choices.
With its blend of performance, futuristic styling, fast charging, and premium comfort, the Dongfeng eπ 007 stands out as one of the most notable electric vehicles showcased at PAPS 2025 and strengthens Pakistan’s shift toward sustainable mobility solutions.
