Dubai has introduced a strategic initiative called Dubai Founders HQ, developed by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy in collaboration with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. This project, launched under the guidance of HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is focused on accelerating the growth of startups and SMEs in the region by providing them with access to vital resources, mentorship, and strategic business support.

Dubai Founders HQ aims to help 30 innovative companies achieve unicorn status and scale their operations globally. In addition to this ambitious target, the initiative is also set to support 400 small and medium-sized enterprises in expanding their reach across regional and international markets. This effort will foster a more dynamic startup ecosystem and strengthen Dubai’s role in the global digital economy.

The project aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which outlines the city’s long-term vision of becoming one of the world’s top business destinations. By promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation, Dubai Founders HQ reinforces the emirate’s commitment to building a knowledge-based economy and attracting global talent and investment. The initiative serves as a strategic move to position Dubai as a global leader in business innovation and startup success.
