The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi has announced the Intermediate Part-I Commerce (Regular) Annual Examination 2025 results, showing that only 40 percent of students successfully cleared all seven papers. According to Controller of Examinations Zarina Rashid, 26,774 candidates were registered and 25,907 appeared in the exams, with 10,399 students managing to pass all required papers.
The detailed breakdown indicates that 3,293 students cleared six papers, 3,213 passed five, and 2,572 succeeded in four papers. Additionally, 2,280 students passed three papers, 1,732 cleared two, while 1,510 managed to pass just one paper.
The results, released on Thursday, highlight overall performance trends among first-year commerce students across Karachi. BIEK officials stated that the outcome reflects both the academic challenges faced by learners and the gradual progress as they advance toward completing their intermediate qualifications.
