The National Database and Registration Authority under the Government of Pakistan has announced new hiring opportunities for skilled and experienced professionals at its headquarters in Islamabad. These contract-based positions are offered under the NADRA Employees Service Regulations 2002 and are open to candidates with strong educational backgrounds and relevant professional experience.
NADRA is recruiting Assistant Directors for Projects, Revocation, and Operations related to Mobile Registration Vans. Applicants for Assistant Director Projects must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field, with a maximum age limit of 37 years and at least three years of relevant experience. The role involves managing projects from planning to completion, defining project scope and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, managing risks, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
For the Assistant Director Revocation role, candidates must also have a four-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, be under 37 years of age, and possess a minimum of three years of experience. Responsibilities include evaluating impounding grounds, verifying documentation authenticity, managing revocation cases, coordinating with district and regional boards, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining records, and handling directives related to the revocation and unblocking of identity documents.
The Deputy Assistant Director Operations for Mobile Registration Vans position requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, information technology, or a related field, with a maximum age limit of 30 years and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on monitoring mobile registration vans, coordinating logistics, ensuring uninterrupted operations, addressing public complaints, supervising staff performance, maintaining equipment, and improving service delivery related to mobile registration services.
All degrees must be recognized and attested by the Higher Education Commission, and candidates must have at least 16 years of HEC-verified education where applicable. Selected applicants will be hired on a contract basis with an initial six-month probation period, extendable based on performance. Government and semi-government employees must provide a no-objection certificate at the time of application.
