The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a large-scale recruitment drive across Sindh, creating new job opportunities aimed at improving service access and expanding its infrastructure in the province. This hiring campaign includes 200 openings for the position of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator), offering employment for individuals with at least an Intermediate qualification. The recruitment will cover five districts in Karachi and nine districts in interior Sindh, focusing on both urban and rural service enhancement. Walk-in interviews for these positions will begin from November 3, 2025, and applicants do not need to apply online. Candidates must appear in person with their original documents, including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and a recent CV. The age limit for applicants is 25 years, making it an excellent opportunity for young individuals entering the job market. In addition to hiring staff, NADRA plans to set up new offices and acquire land in various districts such as Mirpurkhas, Mirpur Sakro, Kotri, Matiari, Chachro, Jhuddo, Mirpur Tharro, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Thatta, and Sujawal. This move is expected to significantly improve public access to NADRA services, particularly in regions that previously had limited access to digital identity registration facilities. This development also supports the government’s aim of decentralizing administrative services while creating job opportunities at the local level. The initiative reflects a broader strategy to modernize public service delivery, increase operational efficiency, and ensure that essential identity services reach remote and underserved areas of Sindh. Job seekers who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity by attending the walk-in interviews on the specified dates. NADRA's expansion not only promises employment but also contributes to better national database management and citizen service access throughout Sindh.
