Oppo has expanded its A-series lineup with two new entry-level smartphones, the Oppo A6i+ and Oppo A6v, offering large batteries and affordable pricing aimed at users seeking extended daily usage and modern features.
Both devices feature a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,125 nits, along with DC dimming for improved visibility outdoors. The Oppo A6i+ carries an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, while the Oppo A6v has an IP64 rating. Both models support glove mode and wet touch, and include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Color options vary, with the A6i+ available in Glacier White and Chestnut Brown, and the A6v in Glacier Blue, Titanium Purple, and Wilderness Green.
Under the hood, both smartphones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. The Oppo A6i+ offers up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, while the Oppo A6v supports up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. Both run Android 15 with ColorOS 15 and include AI-powered features to enhance daily use.
The rear camera setup on both models includes a 50MP main sensor paired with a 2MP monochrome lens. Selfie cameras differ, with the A6i+ featuring a 5MP front camera and the A6v an 8MP front camera. Battery capacity is a key distinction, with the A6v packing a 7,000mAh battery and the A6i+ a 6,500mAh cell, both supporting 45W wired fast charging.
Pricing in China starts at $172 for the Oppo A6v with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, while the Oppo A6i+ starts at $216 for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The A6i+ 12GB RAM variants are priced at $230 and $259, depending on storage. International availability is expected to follow soon.
Both phones support 5G, 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G networks, dual SIM, and microSDXC expansion. Their displays feature HD+ resolution (720 × 1570), 240Hz touch sampling, and enhanced durability for everyday use, making the Oppo A6i+ and A6v practical options for budget-conscious users seeking long-lasting performance and large batteries.
