BISP Dynamic Registry 2026: Complete Guide for New Registration and Data Updates

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has introduced the Dynamic Registry in 2026, a major update aimed at keeping household records current and ensuring continuous financial support. Unlike previous one-time surveys, the Dynamic Registry allows families to register or update their information whenever there are changes in income, family composition, or other circumstances, ensuring BISP payments are not interrupted.

The Dynamic Registry is used for new registrations, updating existing records, re-verification after three years, and linking beneficiaries to the 8171 Digital Wallet for direct payments. Residents of Ahmedpur East must visit the BISP Tehsil Office in person, as biometric verification is mandatory. The office is located at House No. 7/B, Umar Shaheed Road, Model Town A, near the bypass on Ahmadpur Road, Ahmedpur East, and operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Registration is completely free, and applicants are warned not to pay any agent or middleman.

To complete the Dynamic Registry, applicants must bring a valid CNIC of the female head of household, NADRA B-Forms for all children, a recent electricity or gas bill for address verification, and a mobile SIM registered on the applicant’s CNIC. Additional documents such as disability or death certificates may be required where applicable. Missing documents can delay the registration process.

The process begins by checking survey status via SMS to 8171 using the 13-digit CNIC. If a survey is required, a BISP officer conducts a data entry interview covering monthly income, family members, household condition, and assets. Honest and accurate answers are essential, as providing false information can lead to disqualification. Biometric verification is then performed using NADRA, and upon completion, applicants receive an acknowledgment slip as proof of registration. The PMT Poverty Score is calculated, and eligible families with a score below 32 qualify for the quarterly stipend, currently Rs. 13,500.

Key updates for 2026 include the three-year re-verification requirement. Families surveyed before 2023 must update their data, or payments may be suspended. The Dynamic Registry is fully integrated with the 8171 Digital Wallet, allowing verified payments to be transferred directly to mobile accounts. Common reasons for Dynamic Registry surveys include expired CNICs, outdated family records, income changes, marriage or birth of a child, SIMs not registered on CNIC, or surveys older than three years.

BISP emphasizes that registration is free, and no paid or fast-track services exist. SMS updates come only from 8171, and sharing CNIC copies or fingerprints with strangers is strictly prohibited. The Dynamic Registry ensures that only deserving families receive support, payments continue without interruption, data remains current, and eligibility for future schemes is preserved. Ignoring this process may result in long-term payment issues.
