The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a new facility for Pakistani nationals residing in the United Arab Emirates, aimed at making identification services more accessible. NADRA’s Mobile Registration Team, in coordination with the Pakistan Consulate, will visit Ras Al Khaimah to provide a range of services to the local Pakistani community. Residents of Ras Al Khaimah can apply for new identification documents, renew existing ones, or request modifications and corrections. This mobile registration service will be available on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Pakistan Center in Ras Al Khaimah, allowing citizens to conveniently access essential services in person.

Overseas Pakistanis can also use the Pak ID mobile app to apply for NICOPs, renew documents, or request corrections without standing in queues. Alternatively, services remain available at the Pakistani consulates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and NADRA offices in Pakistan. The Pak ID app ensures a faster, paperless process, giving users the ability to complete most procedures directly from their smartphones.

In addition, NADRA has recently introduced the “Nishan-e-Pakistan” online identity verification system, designed to modernize verification processes for government institutions and regulated private sector organizations. This platform provides secure, authenticated verification services through a single digital portal, eliminating lengthy paperwork and repeated approvals. The new facilities and mobile services reflect NADRA’s commitment to providing efficient, user-friendly identification and verification solutions for Pakistani citizens living abroad.
