HEC Opens Applications for Fully Funded PhD Scholarships in Top U.S. Universities Under US–Pakistan Knowledge Corridor

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has announced the opening of applications for its fully funded PhD scholarships in the United States under the US–Pakistan Knowledge Corridor program. The initiative offers talented Pakistani scholars the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies at some of the world’s top universities, strengthening the country’s capacity in research, science, technology, and higher education.

The scholarship covers full tuition, a monthly living stipend, and health insurance, ensuring complete financial support for selected candidates. Students who secure admission in any of the top 50 QS-ranked US universities will receive full funding for all components, while those admitted to universities ranked between 51 and 100 will be provided with up to USD 12,000 per year for tuition, along with stipend and medical insurance.

The application deadline is April 30, 2026, giving prospective applicants ample time to meet admission requirements, prepare documents, and apply to eligible US institutions.
