The Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Online Program 2025 offers a valuable opportunity for women entrepreneurs seeking to strengthen their business skills and expand their ventures. Designed for participants from around the world, the program provides flexible, high-quality business education that helps women develop leadership abilities, attract investment, and build long-term business success. Participants receive expert training, practical tools, and an internationally recognized certificate, along with access to a global community of women entrepreneurs.

The 20-week core program is delivered entirely online and features real-world case studies, interactive learning materials, and guidance from experienced educators. This initiative goes beyond a traditional online course by offering structured business education, mentorship, and opportunities for networking. Developed by Goldman Sachs in partnership with the University of Leeds, the program aims to bridge the gap in access to quality business training, mentorship, and financial knowledge for women-led small and medium-sized enterprises.

Participants are given access to all ten main courses, which cover essential areas such as finance, marketing, strategic planning, and leadership. The program also includes three elective courses for those who want to expand their learning further. Women can take individual courses or a combination of them, depending on their business needs. Successful participants who complete the full course set are invited to join the global 10000 Women alumni network, connecting them with entrepreneurs from more than 150 countries.

The program is open to women leading small or medium-sized businesses who want to grow, increase revenue, and position themselves for investment. There are no strict academic or professional prerequisites, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants. Courses are available in multiple languages, and the flexible, self-paced format allows participants to learn from anywhere in the world.

Since its launch, the initiative has supported nearly 200,000 entrepreneurs globally, helping them gain practical knowledge and the confidence to scale their businesses. Enrollment is simple: applicants can select their preferred courses and begin learning through the “Enroll for Free” option. While there is no officially announced deadline, women entrepreneurs interested in enhancing their business capabilities are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
