AFEPA Master’s Scholarship 2026 in Europe Announced – Funded Opportunity for International Students

The AFEPA Masters Scholarship 2026 offers a fully funded opportunity for international and national students to pursue a master's degree in Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Policy Analysis across leading European universities. This program invites applicants with a strong academic background and a deep interest in environmental sustainability, agricultural policy, and food systems. AFEPA combines rigorous economic training with real-world policy applications, creating an international academic experience where students study at a minimum of two partner universities in Italy, Germany, Sweden, and Belgium.

The program awards four scholarships for 2026. Two recipients will receive €1,400 per month for 24 months, and two more will receive €700 per month for the same duration. These scholarships cover all academic and living costs during the study period, allowing scholars to fully focus on their education and research without financial stress.

Students accepted into the AFEPA master's program will engage in a 120 ECTS curriculum that blends economic theory with policy analysis. They will have access to expert faculty, international research institutions, and networking opportunities across Europe. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in environmental governance, agri-food policy, trade analysis, development policy, and consultancy roles with government agencies and international organizations.

Eligible applicants must hold a relevant undergraduate degree in agricultural economics or related fields. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong motivation, academic excellence, and a clear interest in global sustainability challenges. International students from all countries can apply, and there are no restrictions based on nationality. A solid academic background, research potential, and a vision for contributing to global policy change are key evaluation factors.

Applicants must submit an online application along with academic transcripts, degree certificates, two letters of recommendation, a valid passport or ID, proof of English language proficiency if required, and an updated CV. During the application, candidates should indicate their interest in being considered for the scholarship.
