The MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 in the United States is a fully funded international program designed for young leaders who want to enhance their leadership skills, engage in cross-cultural learning, and gain exposure to global perspectives. Hosted across prestigious institutions in the U.S., including New York University and Champlain College, the fellowship provides a unique platform for emerging leaders to collaborate, learn, and network with peers and experts in leadership development.

This 10-day program, running from July 21 to July 30, 2026, offers a comprehensive experience that combines workshops, leadership training, cultural exchange, and site visits. Fellows will participate in structured sessions designed to develop critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, preparing them to take on leadership roles in their communities and beyond. Selected fellows will receive economy-class international airfare to the United States, while domestic U.S. participants will receive economy-class flights within the country. Accommodation is provided throughout the program, with housing arranged at New York University in New York and Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. Fellows will also receive three meals per day during the fellowship period and round-trip transportation between New York City and Burlington, Vermont. Additionally, public transportation between major airports such as JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark is included to facilitate smooth travel.

While the fellowship covers most travel, housing, and meals, visa and passport costs are not included, and fellows are responsible for any additional in-country expenses, such as extra baggage fees or personal travel.
