Pakistan posted a commanding total against Zimbabwe in the fourth T20I tri-series match, thanks to key performances from Sahibzada Farhan, Babar Azam, and Fakhar Zaman. Batting first under the lights at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan scored 195-5 in their 20 overs, setting a challenging target.

The innings got off to a brisk start as openers Saim Ayub and Sahibzada Farhan added 29 runs in just 2.3 overs. Ayub contributed 13 runs off 8 balls, including two sixes, before being dismissed. Farhan then partnered with Babar Azam to build a crucial 103-run stand that anchored Pakistan’s innings and accelerated scoring in the latter half.

Sahibzada Farhan was the standout aggressor, scoring 63 off 41 deliveries, hitting three sixes and four boundaries, while Babar Azam played a measured yet impactful innings, registering 74 from 52 balls with two sixes and seven fours. Fakhar Zaman also contributed a cameo performance, helping Pakistan finish strongly and post a competitive total of 195-5.

Pakistan’s batting lineup showed depth and balance, with contributions from top and middle-order batsmen combining to put Zimbabwe under pressure. The performance highlighted Pakistan’s ability to recover after early wickets and finish with momentum, creating a strong platform for the bowlers to defend in the second innings.
