Cricket enthusiasts are set for a thrilling experience as the inaugural Legends Pro T20 League is scheduled to take place in Goa, India, from January 26 to February 4, 2026. The tournament will be hosted at the newly built 1919 Sportz Cricket Stadium and promises to bring together some of the most celebrated names in cricket history.
The league will feature six franchise-based teams, assembling 90 former international stars for a competition that blends entertainment, sporting rivalry, and seasoned experience. Confirmed participants include global icons such as Chris Gayle, Jacques Kallis, Shane Watson, Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Dale Steyn, Shaun Marsh, Amit Mishra, Vinay Kumar, Monty Panesar, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, and Stuart Binny, ensuring a star-studded event.
Former Australian captain Michael Clarke has been appointed as League Commissioner, bringing his experience and vision to the tournament. Clarke expressed excitement about returning to India, a country he regards as one of cricket’s biggest homes, and highlighted the passion of fans and the thrill of reuniting with old teammates and rivals.
