The City Traffic Police in Murree have introduced a free vehicle recovery service to assist residents and tourists, aiming to ensure smooth traffic flow and rapid support during emergencies. Launched under the direction of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the service deploys modern recovery vehicles to manage breakdowns and accident-affected cars across Murree and surrounding areas.
According to Chief Traffic Officer Imran Razaq, all vehicles will be transported to the nearest workshop at no cost. Recent responses by traffic authorities have been praised by tourists for their speed and efficiency. The initiative focuses on improving road safety, convenience, and effective traffic management throughout the hill station.
