Despite a drop in global passport rankings, Pakistani passport holders still have access to over 30 international destinations, offering a range of visa-free, visa-on-arrival, and electronic travel authorization options. This level of access highlights ongoing progress in international mobility through evolving diplomatic relations and travel agreements. Pakistani citizens can travel without a visa to destinations including Barbados, Dominica, Haiti, Micronesia, Montserrat, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, the Cook Islands, Vanuatu, and Rwanda. These countries allow entry without the need for pre-arranged travel authorization, making them accessible for spontaneous travel and tourism. In addition, many countries offer visa on arrival for Pakistani travelers. These include Burundi, Cambodia, Cape Verde Islands, Comoro Islands, Djibouti, Guinea-Bissau, Madagascar, Maldives, Mozambique, Nepal, Niue, Palau Islands, Qatar, Samoa, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Timor-Leste, and Tuvalu. This provides flexibility for travelers who may not have time to complete visa processes in advance. Some destinations require an electronic travel authorization, including Kenya, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka. These can usually be obtained online prior to departure and offer a simpler alternative to traditional visa procedures. Although the passport ranking may not reflect significant strength, the number of accessible countries continues to grow gradually, indicating a positive trend in global mobility for Pakistani citizens.
